TAC is an active club in terms of diving but it is also fair to say that the social side of the club is very important as well. We meet after the pool sessions on a Friday evening at the ‘Capability Brown’ at Belhus, where we have exclusive use of the bar to enjoy a social get together and plan trips and dives. Besides this weekly meet, we also arrange a number of social functions throughout the year. We hold quiz nights, barbeques, games nights, pub crawls and restaurant visits as well as summer and winter parties and awards nights. We are often joined on our trips and holidays by non-diving friends and family and we regularly arrange non diving activities alongside the diving. For example in 2019 our diving expedition included an additional week in Vietnam and Cambodia.
